Public Forge access is governed by the published Forge legal documents. For most users that means the Business Source License, the privacy policy, and the service terms attached to the billing or plan surface they use.
Enterprise MSAs, order forms, and negotiated addenda supersede the public defaults where they apply. If your team has a custom agreement, that contract governs the covered services instead of a generic public fallback.
