Multi-Agent Orchestration

Sequential Pipeline
Agents execute in order, each passing its output to the next. Ideal for multi-step workflows like research-then-draft-then-review.
Hierarchical Delegation
A Prime agent analyzes incoming requests and delegates sub-tasks to specialist agents. Results are synthesized into a unified response.
Graph Orchestration
Agents form a directed graph with conditional branching. Tasks flow based on intermediate results, enabling dynamic decision trees.
Prime-First Routing
Every ForgeBot uses prime-first routing as the default message handling pattern. No slash commands needed -- users just talk, and the agent figures out the rest.
1. Analyze
Every incoming message goes to the bot's Prime agent first. The Prime reads intent, identifies which specialist agents (if any) are needed, and decides whether to respond directly or delegate.
2. Delegate
If specialists are needed, the Prime dispatches tasks to them with specific instructions. Agents run concurrently when possible, cutting response time for complex multi-part requests.
3. Synthesize
The Prime collects all agent results and composes a single, conversational response for the user. The user never sees the internal orchestration -- they just get a clear, complete answer.
