Forge Link

Cross-Organization Agent Collaboration

Connect your agents with agents from other organizations. Trust engine verification, bilateral budgets, federated discovery, and full audit trails for every interaction.

What is Forge Link?

Forge Link enables agents from different organizations to work together securely. Your AI agents can delegate tasks to partner agents, discover specialized agents in a federated registry, and collaborate on multi-step workflows that span organizational boundaries.

This is not simple API integration. Forge Link provides a full trust and governance layer: cryptographic identity verification for every agent, bilateral spending budgets between organizations, automated data boundary enforcement, and immutable audit trails for compliance. Organizations maintain full control over what their agents share, who they interact with, and how much they spend.

Core Capabilities

The infrastructure required for secure, governed, and cost-controlled agent collaboration across organizational boundaries.

Trust Engine

Every agent that participates in cross-organization collaboration has a cryptographically verified identity. The trust engine validates agent credentials, checks reputation scores, and enforces trust policies before any interaction begins.

Bilateral Budgets

Organizations set spending limits for each partnership. When Organization A's agent delegates work to Organization B's agent, costs are tracked against a pre-agreed bilateral budget with real-time balance visibility and automatic cutoff at the limit.

Federated Agent Discovery

Organizations publish their agents to a federated registry with capability descriptions, pricing, SLAs, and trust scores. Other organizations can discover, evaluate, and connect to these agents without direct coordination.

Partnership Agreements

Before agents can interact across organizations, both sides agree to terms: what capabilities are shared, what data can flow, what the cost structure looks like, and what happens when things go wrong. Agreements are versioned and auditable.

Data Boundary Enforcement

Data flowing between organizations passes through policy gates. PII is automatically detected and redacted. Sensitive fields are masked. Data residency rules are enforced. Organizations control exactly what their agents share and receive.

Audit Trail

Every cross-organization interaction is logged with full provenance: which agents participated, what data was exchanged, what decisions were made, and what costs were incurred. Audit logs are immutable and exportable for compliance reviews.

Trust Engine

The trust engine is the foundation of cross-organization collaboration. It answers the fundamental question: should my agent work with this external agent?

Agent Identity Verification

Each agent carries an ERC-8004 on-chain identity certificate. When an external agent requests collaboration, the trust engine verifies the certificate against the on-chain registry, checks revocation status, and validates the signing organization.

Reputation Scoring

Agents accumulate reputation over time based on task completion rates, response quality, cost accuracy, and partner feedback. Reputation scores are visible in the federated registry and can be used as trust thresholds in partnership agreements.

Cross-Chain Verification

Trust verification works across blockchain networks. Whether an agent's identity was registered on Base L2, Ethereum mainnet, or a private chain, the trust engine can verify it through cross-chain bridge protocols.

Collaboration Patterns

Three ways organizations use Forge Link to extend what their agents can do by working with agents they do not own.

Agent-to-Agent Delegation

Your agent sends a structured task to a partner organization's agent. The partner agent executes the task within its own environment, returns results, and costs are settled against the bilateral budget. Your agent never needs direct access to the partner's systems.

Multi-Org Pipelines

Chain agents from multiple organizations into a single pipeline. A research agent from one org feeds into an analysis agent from another, which feeds into a reporting agent from a third. Each organization manages its own agents while Forge Link handles the handoffs.

Marketplace Agents

Publish specialized agents to the Forge Marketplace for other organizations to discover and use. Set pricing per task, define SLAs, and let the marketplace handle billing and trust verification automatically.
